“Everything was great! We had the best time. The only thing id say and its not a complaint just a suggestion. The outdoor Waterpark should remain open past 7pm. That's early for people on vacation, especially if they have other things planned through that day! Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel, staff, or cleanliness. The firefly restaurant is junk and not worth the money just an FYI”

“We enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were great. However, the one bed in our room was very used and bowed in the middle, making sleep very uncomfortable. It was very noisy there due to all of the young children running around all hours. Stonehill Lodge is great if you have really young children. The water play there closes at 6pm. The staff were all amazing though. If I choose to stay at Wilderness again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay in the other Lodge, so my kids can go to...

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”
